Tried if Controller worked, it didn't so I followed these Instructions(if the link is down, see 'Edit2' at the bottom of this post) and restarted the PCĬonnected the DS4 via USB and let Windows install the Drivers Installed the new Remote Play App for PC (Windows) So with it actually getting recognized, I installed DS4Windows Version 1.4.401 (as of writing this, that's the most current Version and it finally worked no problem whatsoever! It kind of did (with the Remote Play App open but not connected to my PS4), but the camera kept spinning around and the button mapping was all over the place. I searched the reddit and came across a post, linking to this post.ĭoing what /u/koukouki edited in (if the above link is down, see 'Edit2' at the bottom of this post) helped me getting it to work with the Remote Play App for PC (thank you!) so I thought 'Maybe the controller gets recognized by the games now!'. Now, with the new Remote Play App for PC, I still had my problems and my DS4 kept disconnecting.
